The equipment (boat, life jacket, oars) is disinfected after each rental. Masks are compulsory inside the Rives de Saône Tourist Office (rental regulations) and at the Station Avitalleur (refuelling station).
After putting on your life jacket and listening to a short briefing session to find out how to operate your boat, set off on your little adventure on the waters, at your own pace along the Saône and/or the Ouche.
The electric boats are equipped with a sun shade (but make sure you bring sun cream, a cap and sunglasses) and can accommodate 4 people. If the battery stops working, don’t panic, you can use the oars to get back to the harbour.
As an indication, if you hire a boat for one hour, you’ll have the time to sail down the Ouche and come back to the campsite, at an easy-going pace.
